This affects ANYONE driving regardless whether new or used vehicle but, obviously, the newer, more super charged, heavier vehicle owners and higher mileage drivers will get "slammed" - especially the ones requiring premium "only" fuel.  EVs, due to the vehicle weight, won't be getting a break, either. Interested i getting a much older vehicle?  Think again.  With auto parts companies closing up shop & vehicle owners scrambling to get vintage vehicles to avoid technological "hand cuffs" of big brother, demand for these is quickly increasing - driving up the price but parts for repairs are diminishing.  The technological new world order oligarchs have really done their homework.  Remember PinocchiObama's "Cash for Clunkers" where the gov't paid gullible vehicle owners to get rid of their vehicles?  Salvage yards were also destroying vehicles to also make it more difficult to get parts for repairs.
